We have helped over 500 Universities to recruit students at Undergraduate and Graduate level. We are the fair and webinar provider of a choice of top international and IB high schools, currently in 53 countries. Our model, all-inclusive fairs, consists in recruitment events inside distinguished international schools, attended by an average of 10 local high schools. We have also integrated Grad fai

rs in key markets. For the universities’ best exposure, we invest in one-on-one meetings with students and parents, embassy and counselors networking events, and solid market insights. Every day we welcome between 500 and 3,000 senior students, parents and college counselors. The access to our events is limited to schools filtered according to the profile of the universities attending. At SRT Fairs, 15 talented professionals unite their hard work, creativity, skills and motivation to help universities recruit students during carefree recruitment circuits. With our main office based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and colleagues all over Europe and Latin America, we are here to help you meet with targeted students in one concise, efficient tour.

As part of our events program, we recently hosted school counselors from Europe, Eurasia, and Latin America for a week-long counselor fly-in experience in Madrid and Barcelona.

Counselors visited leading Spanish universities and participated in campus tours, expert-led workshops, masterclasses, and one-on-one meetings.

From supportive student ambassadors to enthusiastic young people actively seeking their next steps into international higher education, our Winter Spain Tour proved a flying success!

The week began in Marbella and Sotogrande, where vibrant discussions unfolded at and . We then traveled to Zaragoza, greeted by motivated students at

Midweek in Barcelona, students at .barcelona and embraced the opportunity to discover their international study options.

The Canary Islands provided a warm welcome, with stops at and The British School of Gran Canaria, before concluding in Tenerife at .

📆 With a new year just around the corner, we are already preparing for our Spring 2025 calendar of events.

Marta had a lovely catch-up with College Counselor David Stephenson from the Anglo American School of Bulgaria last week!

They had a great discussion about student trends and key preparations for our upcoming university fair at the school as part of our Spring Eastern Europe Tour, 18-21 March 2025!

It was a pleasure to be back in Milan, Como, Varese, and Malta last week for our 2024 fall Italy and Malta Tour! 🇮🇹🇲🇹

Students, teachers, and parents had the chance to talk with universities from across Europe and the USA, giving them a better idea of the many international study options available.

A week after our successful Fall Spain 2024 tour, we’re reflecting on how grateful we are to have met so many enthusiastic students in Seville, Jerez de la Frontera, Madrid, Valencia, and Mallorca.

✨ Fun fact: Almost half of the SRT Fairs team calls Valencia, Spain, home!

Did you know? We’ve delivered international university fairs in Portugal since 2015!

It was fantastic to be back in Portugal for our fall Lisbon tour this month. We met over 550 students from 15 schools over two days.

Last week, we kicked off our first university fair tour of the season, visiting schools in Germany and Belgium!

Thank you to everyone who participated and supported our Germany and Belgium Tour! It has been an absolute pleasure introducing students from Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, and Brussels to international universities from across the globe.

Our fairs were full of inspiring conversations and sharing new ideas to help students broaden their options for their next steps into international higher education!

As we successfully complete the first week of 2025, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the year gone by… 2024 has been a year of continued growth and collaboration for us all at SRT Fairs 💚 💫 Our SRT team expanded, welcoming Karla, originally from Caracas, Venezuela; Katie, from Nantwich, UK; Nancy, from Monterrey, Mexico, and Caridad, from San Diego, California. We also celebrated an extra special addition to our extended team - a new baby, bringing even more joy to the SRT family. 🌊 Colleagues in Valencia, Spain, moved into a brand-new office overlooking the city’s port, offering an inspiring space for collaboration and innovation. 🎓We hosted 90 in-person fairs, connecting international schools, universities, and students from around the globe. 🌍 We expanded into new locations, including Toulouse, Zaragoza, and Brussels. ✈️ We also launched our first official Counselor Fly-in events in France and Spain, creating unique opportunities to strengthen relationships with universities and counselors. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey so far. Here’s to a fantastic 2025 🙌🏻
