Apparently, I had to end up in the uniquely beautiful and sunny Sydney, with incredibly friendly and supportive people, which made my dream become a reality. Now I have my own catering company and I am ready to dive into the land of culinary art. It would be my great pleasure to share my experience and accomplishments. For a very long time, I’ve been dreaming of sharing the joy and satisfaction of
preparing my food and culinary treats. Creating dishes has always been not just something I had to do, but rather the expression of my soul as to what is inside of me. Everything I've done has been created with love and therefore, I believe that is one of the main reasons for my success. Of course, there were times when attempts were unsuccessful, but these provided a great deal of learning. For me, it is very important every dish to be delicious, but also to look beautiful and inviting. I believe the presentation and preparation of the food are equally important. I personally think the dish has to impress by its looks, and then complete the experience with its taste. Of course, always having fresh ingredients.
