ABOUT UNITY WORKSHOP 2014
During the event you will have the chance to learn what is Unity, how to make video games using Unity 3D as well as hear lectures from Andy Touch himself, EMEA Product Evangelist at Unity 3D Technologies. Andy Touch is a Technical Tutor in Digital Media Design for Bournemouth University. He delivers design and development workshops in web-games, video effects, websites,
3D modelling and mobile applications. Andy also loves to create his own games, experiments and demos using the Unity3D Game Engine. Often enough, these involves him toying around with features and learning new code techniques. The game hackaton is a great opportunity for everyone to build a team of enthusiastic gamers, discuss ideas with the participants in the team, create an awesome computer game and use it to win the grand prizes in the hackaton competition with the other teams of developers. It is advisable not to come to the event with an already established team - there will be plenty of people willing to cooperate with you. The only thing you need is a computer and a competitor spirit!
