Here’s an open invitation to young professionals to mix and mingle tonight at Wine Down Wednesday. The format this week is as follows:

$50 Open Bar Tasting (we’ll explore 4 wine varieties from Australia 🇦🇺 and New Zealand🇳🇿 PLUS you get two small bites from Generosas. Additionally we’ll have a run swizzle mix and Prosecco offerings as a part of our open bar.

5pm - 9pm

Also, side-bar: Consider hosting your departments Christmas celebrations with us.

Seriously, as an experience provider it’s been a rollercoaster trying to breathe life into the vision. We had a pretty awesome run of wine down events this summer but unfortunately had to step back when C19 cases increased rapidly. It would have been irresponsible to put my team and my guests at risk.

ON A GOOD NOTE: We’re back peoples… get it while it’s good.

We have 5 more weeks so let’s make the most of it! Next week we’ll be exploring wines from Australia and New Zealand! Lots of bold and fruitier white wines than in any other region from around the world.

Next Wednesday we’re exploring wines of Spain with literally THE BEST wines of the Region (and also crying that Messi left Barcelona FC)!❤️ We’ll start from amazing Sigura Viudas , then try some of the white Martin Codax , continue with the most well-known Marques de Riscal Reserva and going to have a smooth finish with Macho Man . Also, we’re featuring 3 more wines from Portugal so if you ever wanted to explore these 2 regions, but didn’t know where to start then the 11th of August is the date!:) With just 50$ you can have a wine tasting of 7 wine varietals and 2 bites of food! This week Wednesday we’re celebrating Italy with amazing wine styles:
1. 11 minutes Pasqua Rosè. I mean bottle itself is a masterpiece, but wait for this strawberry, melon and peach notes to hit your tastebuds 👅
2. Gavi do Gavi ad Lunam. Fresh light, easy drinking with notes of white flowers, melon, green apple, pear, citrus and herbs.😏
3. Cavaliere D’Oro Chianti with its deep ruby color and blackberry, cherry, violets and spice notes on the palette 😎
4. Masi Valpolicella -rich and fruit-filled wine with baked cherry and plum flavours, fresh and acidic with soft and silky tannins😋
And some more Prosecco and fresh fruit Sangria to top this up. Trust me you don’t want to miss this wine tasting 😎
