l have been following this for months….. this is going to have a long term impact on business and chef community as a whole lf this happens and we are in a recession now…

I have had a long talk with my team of mentors (business and marketing) l have decided that we will lock in our prices at $16 till further notice….we feel that passing on a price hike to our customers is wrong….lf the CEO OF Arizona tea can keep his prices at 99 cents we can do this too…..we have to play the long game on this one for our customers and our company…. We want to be around for the next 30 years 📣

Day twenty eight….doctor cleared me for rehab Thursday….2 hours a day for pool workout and 35 minutes of walking every day…this pool work out hurts my body all over…didn’t know my muscles would hurt like this…l got a hour left in the pool….let’s get ready for this coming Saturday night 📣👌💯

Things are tough all over….. one thing I’ve learned about Vegas and I’m coming up on my six-year in January running Chef A Go Go Las Vegas. I seen a lot of chefs with way more cashier than me not making in this town not once or twice but over and over and over again I mean even Jay Z brought the 4040 club here didn’t last year in that place right now at the Palazzo…. if you are independent, chef like me and Las Vegas and you run through those tough times when you don’t hit your mark when you don’t hit projected sales in those moments when you got a dig deep and gut it out 📣you gotta go back to the books trim the fat and if you do those things you’ll still be in the game…. And I know a lot of you say to yourself if I only had some money if I can get an investor if I had a sit down restaurant, things will be better I can make it….. One thing about Kevin Hart he’s not hurting about no money and he’s got plenty of investors and look what happened…. whatever you do master where you’re at first gradually work your way to the top, which is where you wanna be ….. let’s get back to cooking everybody and have an awesome day.!!!!

Day 11…. i’ve been moving around a lot better stomach and pelvic area, steel tender, and swollen, eating fruits, vegetables, and applesauce. I must say everybody I have a new appreciation for applesauce haven’t had in so long since I was a kid. It’s absolutely delicious now.😂😂😂 we see the doctor again on the 26th of this month once again we really appreciate everyone that’s hanging in there with our brand that you guys understand. This is a process for us to get back up and running in Las Vegas. We will continue to keep you posted about our next evolution in the journey of getting back open and it starts with me being healthy first… thanks guys📣💯

I’m extremely sorry that you guys had to shut down. It was a great burger and a great concept but as I continue in the restaurant business, I’ve been doing this eight years now next month I’m finding out that great food great hospitality, and a unforgettable experience sometimes it’s not enough. Customer demands more and that part Rest on the chefs and the owners in the restaurant business not the customer…. we will be waiting for you guys to come back. Keep moving forward. Do you know what it takes to make it take care📣

Las Vegas is the toughest market in America and it always has been💯.
