Behind story.....

What was suppose to be a dinner for 12 with a larger menu turned into a dinner for 8 with a much smaller menu which consisted of white rice and minced lobster. At first disappointed, because hey the larger group with more items was more money right, but I didn't allow that to damper my spirit. I have not cooked or catered for a while. More of my time and energy has been focused on my cakes and other desserts. So for me, whilst small, this was my reintroduction into catering services. And I fully understand and believe that sometimes the small jobs create bigger opportunities. And I know the opportunities are out there and they are waiting on me.

It was told to me that everyone enjoyed the food and cake!
