As any entrepreneur knows, even with the best planning, sometimes things don’t go as expected, and when that happens, the best approach is to learn, adapt, and grow.

In this case, my attempt to solve an issue didn’t work out as I had hoped, and I completely understand why the customer was frustrated. I sincerely regret that they had that experience with me. My intention was never to “scam” anyone—I’ve successfully done this before, but unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned this time.

That said, in nearly five years in this industry, I’ve had overwhelmingly positive experiences with my customers, and I take pride in the quality of my work. While no one is perfect, I’ve already taken this as a learning opportunity to improve moving forward. One bad experience won’t define my business, and I remain committed to delivering great service.
