I am always preaching how talented we are as a people. I had The Cheesecakediva Johnny cake for the first time last week. Of course, I can bake Johnny cake to go with My Conch chowder and 5 Meat peas soup, but wasn't in the mood.

I message her a few days before as we had 1000 lbs of fresh conch coming in and I had house guest, so I wanted to give them a treat. And a treat it was, as when I got back home from a client nothing was left. I mean pot clean, Johnny cake pan, not even a crumb left.

Bey!(bahamian dialect) that's how good those two paired together.

Intimate Dinner for 2 on the Beach.

This is a new property we have just added to our services and is perfect getaway with accommodations, pools, private dining, and of course Chef and Butler Services.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Keshlah Smith-Clarke and Kimberly as our private chefs during our vacation, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we met, Keshlah, Kimberly, and Rudy, they were not only professional but also incredibly warm and engaging, taking the time to ask about our preferences, dietary restrictions, and any special requests. Over the course of two nights, they created two separate menus, each more fantastic than the last. Every dish was a masterpiece—flavors that were both innovative and comforting, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. What we especially loved were the steak, lobster, and fish cakes—each dish was cooked to perfection and highlighted their incredible culinary skills. What truly set this experience apart was the personal touch. Keshlah and Kimberly were attentive without being intrusive, creating an intimate and relaxed atmosphere while we enjoyed every bite. Overall, having Keshlah and Kimberly as our private chefs was one of the highlights of our vacation. It was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional culinary skill. She was a head of schedule and met 8 dietary restrictions that left everyone speechless with their meal. She listened to exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. Rudy was the life of the party as our Butler and server. We had prepared ourselves for not such a high-end service once we arrived in the Bahamas being from NYC where we dine out a lot. The group were all of Asian background with 11 of us working in Hospitality and Food and Beverage operations. We all whispered about taking both of them back to NYC with us. Every day I wake up I am thankful.

This year was what can we say? Lets Say Only through God.

We're ending the year with Launching 3 different food concepts. 2 In Nassau and one In Exuma and 2 are Bahamian Owned and Operated.

In all of these projects I got to work with some of the Most talented Bahamians in our country.

Chef Keshlah Smith- Clarke ltd is more than just a Chef or Catering Service. We designed menus, create items, test recipes, pairs menu with designs, organize flow and functionality of a space, production food on a large scale, train staff and more.

We bring your dreams to reality.
