“ We were a group of 18. We had Chef Keshlah and Rudy. From the Welcome drinks to the whole meal was an experience. She was a head of schedule and met 8 dietary restrictions that left everyone speechless with their meal. She listened to exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. Rudy was the life of the party as our Butler and server. We had prepared ourselves for not such a high-end service once we arrived in the Bahamas being from NYC where we dine out a lot. The group were all of Asian background with 11 of us working in Hospitality and Food and Beverage operations. We all whispered about taking both of them back to NYC with us. Every day I wake up I am thankful.

This year was what can we say? Lets Say Only through God.

We're ending the year with Launching 3 different food concepts. 2 In Nassau and one In Exuma and 2 are Bahamian Owned and Operated.

In all of these projects I got to work with some of the Most talented Bahamians in our country.

Chef Keshlah Smith- Clarke ltd is more than just a Chef or Catering Service. We designed menus, create items, test recipes, pairs menu with designs, organize flow and functionality of a space, production food on a large scale, train staff and more.

We bring your dreams to reality.

We had an amazing dinner with chef Keshlah. The food was exceptional, she respect every food exception we had. The service was very good and she accepted to delay the dinner for us. We regretted not to have book her for the whole week! Thank you again, everything was perfect.

We were at Mass in New York when we began asking if anyone has visited the Bahamas and had a Kosher Chef there who would be able to cook for us. Two persons in our Church recommended Chef Keshlah as they have had her on more than 1 occasion. And she didn’t disappoint. My wife and I with our family was in the Bahamas for 3 days before we travelled on. Chef Keshlah was professional from first whatsapp message to last. She was on time for every meal service. Place was thoroughly cleaned during each meal and everything tasted amazing. Table settings to kitchen was as if we were in a 5-star resort. We stayed on Paradise Island and she came in everyday, but it was as if she wasn’t there. No loud noises as we had 2 small babies with us, just the smells of great tasting food for 3 meals a day. Kosher Meals and this service was the highlight of our trip. I can wait to plan our next trip to the Bahamas. Thank you Chef Keshlah for the great memories

Besides being just a Beautiful women, her smile was infectious. From that you should be able to tell we were a group of Guys. Lol!
But none the less, Chef Keshlah was the Chef, the planner, the butler, the assistant, and maid and more. We were a group of 6 guys who were lost from the time we contacted her to plan our Boys Trip. When we contacted her we had not secured accommodations as yet. Chef Keshlah is also an Airbnb Host along with her company manages a Few Airbnb. In less than one hours we had a list of 4 locations to choose from. She made our life so easy. We paid one deposit and one bill at the end our stay. Her office manager and other staff were on the ball and took away all or worries about travelling to the Bahamas for our first time. Definitely will not be our last. We look forward to booking with Chef Keshlah again soon.
