POSTER COUPLES ARE COMING IN:
Who will be the next poster couple of the annual Bahamas Bridal Show? The show is Sunday, March 23, 2025. The winner's image will be selected on Friday, January 24, and will be displayed on all 2025 bridal show promotional material. Send us your favorite wedding photograph to email [email protected] or 242-421-9783 via WhatsApp. Now, meet two more beautiful couples who submitted their wedding photos to become this year's Bahamas Bridal Show poster couple.

POSTER COUPLE COMPETITION. Here are the first two entries for this year's Bahamas Bridal Show. The poster couple will be selected by January 30, 2025. We welcome your entries from all recent brides and grooms through January 23. Our 35th annual production - under the theme "The Reason" - takes place at Grand Hyatt Grand Mar at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 23, and organized by Bahamas Events & Sports. The winning couple will receive $250 and may be featured in the event's fashion show.

POSTER COUPLE COMPETITION. We're pleased to announce that the 35th annual Bahamas Bridal Show will be held 2PM Sunday, March 23, 2025, at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. We need a Show Poster Couple. $250 will be presented to the couple selected and the option to make a guest appearance during the fashion show segment on March 23rd. See our last four poster couples displayed. We invite recent brides and grooms to submit their best wedding photographs to be considered for this year's show poster couple competition. Hello! We're delighted to announce that this year's television edition of the annual Bahamas Bridal Show will air 2:30pm (today) Saturday, Oct.12, and 1:30pm Friday, Oct 18, on Our TV Cable Bahamas.

GET READY for “Courtyard Brawl”- If you think you’re tough enough, prepare yourself for a unique boxing event on Friday, November 22, 2024, presented Bahamas Events & Sports and Fusion Superplex.

“Courtyard Brawl” will feature 10 fighters competing in 5 weight classes – including one female division. Each match will be three rounds in two minutes of action.

Five fighters will make up two teams – Meacher Major “Pain” Red Team and Jermaine “Chu Chu” Mackey Blue Team who are two former Bahamian boxing champions.

There’s an open invitation for 40 fighting contenders of all weight classes. Try out will take place 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10th in the courtyard at Super Superplex, located at Gladstone Road and John F. Kennedy Drive.

Interested fighters may register now at www.bahamasevents.com or via WhatsApp (242) 421-9783.

No boxing experience is required. Each fighter will be provided with standard protective gear, boxing gloves, trunks and shoes.

Event organizers, led by Tommy Stubbs, will assess the fighters and select 10 finalists to compete on the red and blue teams. Fighters will share $2,000 in prize money. Medals go to each winner of the 5 bouts. The winning side will receive the “Courtyard Brawl” championship belt.

This special event has been endorsed by the Bahamas Boxing Commission. Other activities being planned include fight betting, ring girls’ competition, beer-drinking and pizza-eating contests.

"The One For Me" production lived up to the moment on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at the 34th annual Bahamas Bridal Show produced by Tommy Stubbs and Makeva Wallace. Hundreds enjoyed the fashion show by Buttons Bridal & Formal Wear, the business exhibits, and fun and games on stage at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. 2024 poster couple Shantell and Kyle Kerr are featured in "The One For Me" scene captured in photos by AF Photography.
