Our Story
The Rex spot is a party/event/grill/cookout rental spot. It is the perfect solution for many who want to host an event or party but may not have the space to do so. This open, shaded and grassy property makes it ideal for anything you may have in mind. The venue does not come with tables and chairs, however there are a couple of benches and a small cement table available for use. There is an open 12x20 tent that can be used to cover your food tables. There is a portable bar for your drinks and coolers, three coal grills, and a dance floor. As far as facilities are concerned, there are two bathrooms located on the property and there is also lighting available throughout in addition to equipment sockets. The price is $550 and covers 6 to 8 hours. There is an additional $100 refundable deposit required at the time of booking.
There are time limitations, for events occurring on Friday or Saturday, you have access to the grounds UP TO 1:30 am. For events occurring all other days, you only have until midnight to be concluded. However please note that there would be a stipulation of no loud music after midnight or all events.
