BAKING TINS/ BAKING TRAYS/MUFFIN TINS.

To produce excellent results, you need good quality tins. The non-stick are the best though will always grease, dredge with flour or you grease and line up with baking paper.

It's true there are some bakes whereby we don't grease the tins. Remember I said baking is science, every detail has to be followed..
