TESTIMONY

#1. September 2024 Mama aka Julia's Supplies identified a market of those who wanted & could afford CONVENIENCE when it comes to bread (diphaphatha, mapakiwa, mangwinya)

#2. Around October 2024 Mama then registered for Chema Chema basic business training powered by Local Enterprise Authority CEDA

#3. Our 4 months Progress/ Growth from START

3.1 We dropped Mangwinya and remained with only Diphaphatha & Mapakiwa

Our Cash Cow● Diphaphatha

3.2 We improved on our distribution & pricing

Biggest WIN was adding on a delivery fee

3.3 We carved a niche with Market X ● Yep● We then dropped flyers by them as a way of establishing & maintaining long term relations.

Wooooooorld ● We identified Market X as the biggest and frequent buyer of diphaphatha & mapakiwa☆☆☆whoop☆☆whoop☆☆

4.Jan. 2025 we will be ADDING on Market XX

Now This market here requires proper documentation so January 2025 we will registering Mama's Company.
