We are a full event planning and coordinating initiative now based in Gaborone, Botswana. We have collated ideas from all over the globe together to create the most Couture and Unique
events! We are enthusiastic about the new and invigorating ideas coming up each day, creating events that will have guests remembering them for years to come! Phoebe (founder & solo consultant at the moment) got married in March 26th 2011- the official birth date of E-cubed, and from her long (prior to that) discovered passion for events, especially weddings as well as being her own planner and coordinator, has honed her skills and developed professional relationships with many prestigious vendors/service providers. With her love for beauty and experience in hospitality, events, décor (worked in a 5 star hotel in Manchester in the conference and banquetting department, where they hosted a vast of events) and fashion, she works to transform ordinary into extra ordinary by addressing and customising each portion of your special day to create a seamless event that reflects your personality, life and love. We make each event unforgettable with our keen eye for aesthetic beauty, professionalism and organizational superiority. Most people do not understand the role of planner for their events and totally disregards it, some simply enjoy the thrill of planning their own wedding, while others are merely clueless. We help with any question that may arise during planning, including: assistance with invitations, etiquette advice, welcome bags, favours, registries etc
Personal assistance
We take care of the little details too, such as assisting the bridal party with personal flowers and buttonaires, providing an emergency kit, or making sure your hotel room is booked and ready for the night.
