60s Era revellers set to Invade Palapye this Weekend
Make a note of this on your weekend schedule: The Golden Oldies 60s Edition.
Botswana Nurses Union will be are holding The Golden’s 60’s Edition and Family Fun Day on the 25 March 2023 ,Lil Paw’s Tea Garden ,Palapye from :10am until next day .
Both the young and old will be catered for with songs and performances from a different eras.
South Africa’s Tswana soul maestro Johnny Mokhali will be headling one night of the music festival , and legendary Dj Sly will be among performers .Johnny Mokhali’s hit songs include Mpule ,Lerato Ka Mogala ,Go Ratile Jehova ,Ba Tlogeleng ,Rorisa Ka Bokgoni ,O Manoni Wami ,Nkwale Morena ,Majasana and Saena Makoti.
Ubuntu band of popular hit Ngwana Mosetsana will tell a love story which follows two real working musicians who step into the limelight to make it on their own. Local Dj like Flexido,Copahead ,Harshberry will also perform,other performances include Dj Hero Palapye’s Finest,G’Maz and MCs Mtizah,Moleps Maradona and Mdala Ka Tje will be control “traffic” at the show.
This special one -day experience will feature family fun day ,music, food, art, fashion quad bikes ,swimming & more. Children will be spoilt with jumping castle ,face painting etc .Tickets special is now on at Spar ,BONU branches and Palapye Activations Team .
Pub 20Two will host Activation Party on Thursday Night (2023) with Dj Sjavera and Mc Dude.
The event is an Activation of Botswana International Nurses Day Celebrations which will be hosted by BONU on the 25 May in Palapye.
Stalls and Services
Childern food stall will be available and BONU partners such as Banks ,English Training Centre and all service providers will also provide their services at event .
