In celebration and honoring Sir Colville Young for his contributions to the Kriol Culture, we continue our monthly village to village presentation of 'Story Night' in Flowers Bank.

This Saturday, March 2nd 6pm.

There will be games of old like:
Bruk Makachista and Inside Jewbel.
Creole stories, featuring Clinton Rhaburn, Sharon Robinson, Elinor Mitchell and Reubin Rhaburn among others.
There will also be the presentation of the Plantation Dance.
Chairlady Mrs. Marilyn Flowers promises the best in Kriol Village food and drinks.
Hosting the show is our very own Folk Songwriter and Singer Brad Pattico..

Come to Flowers Bank and enjoy a time of reflection on our old but still Beautiful Belize.

TASA Celebrates 10 Years of Co-Managing the Turneffe Atoll Marine Reserve

Turneffe Atoll Sustainability Association (TASA) recently celebrated its 10th anniversary with a gala event held at the Best Western Belize Biltmore Plaza. The theme of the celebration was "TASA AT 10: Celebrating a decade of marine conservation, sustainability, and innovation."

As avid supporters of the arts in Belize, our team was happy to support The Francis Reneau Concert Series. The show was an explosion of Belizean talent and we thank Events Planning for including us in such an amazing production.

This year’s concert was hosted by Maryam Abdul-Qawiyy and saw performances from the Perriott siblings, Chanelle Parks, Leon Banks, Jael August, Denise Castillo, Nicole Craig, Ronell Torres, Jackie Castillo, and newcomers Lisa Hermans and Keenen Flowers. Young Keenen performed Prince and Michael Jackson hits. The live band was led by Carlos Perrote on Keyboard and percussion and included a strings section, additional percussions, saxophone and guitars.

Francis Reneau (or Frankie Reneau) is a gifted pianist and composer from Belize, who has taught classical music at some of the most prestigious universities in Russia and England. In 1994 he was commissioned by the government to produce a representative compilation of Belizean music , and now holds an OBE for services to music.

Had the pleasure of putting together a short presentation for a client who wanted some Belizean entertainment with a touch of masqueraders carnival spirit.

Miss Carla of Mother Nature Creation Carnival Band for her revelers and for making the costumes, Crysel Gabourel and Grant for both carnival and Creole dancing.
