How exciting for our U13 AMHA local team! At their game this afternoon the school students were allowed to come cheer!! They packed the stands! Come on out, cheer, check out the prize table. Go Flames! 🔥

We have a number of students who attend Estey which allows them the opportunity for athletic training to be part of their day. By all accounts it has been a great experience and certainly great to deal with!

At our board meeting this evening, Principal Mark Peterson shared how Estey School empowers students to succeed in athletic, creative, and academic pursuits. 🏆 Their program provides flexibility for students who are heavily involved in activities like sports, music, and dance, so they can excel! We're proud of everything Estey students are accomplishing 🙌

📅 The next SPS Board of Education meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 10, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Board of Education Building (310 21st St E). Everyone is welcome to attend in person or virtually via MS Teams! 💻

Today we support Kyrell Sopotyk and all Saskatchewan Wheelchair Athletes. Kyrell is from right here in Aberdeen and has been kicking but and taking names his whole life before and now as an elite athlete in wheelchair sports! We are so proud Kyrell calls Aberdeen home. Please come down and enjoy a free cookie while supplies last and consider donating to Kyrell and the Saskatchewan Wheelchair Sports Association!

We have been keeping a secret for Nov 1-3 2024. Trevor Lakness and TS Hockey Shooting is planning to be in Aberdeen Sask. Days have open availability for teams at the moment. Please email or Dm or for a date and time that works for your team and a schedule will be created and sent out U7 to U18+.
