In honour of long-time Acton resident, Jack Carpenter who passed away last month, Heritage Acton members partook in Red Nose Day (February 6th) during their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, February 7th. :-)
Today we will be hosting our Christmas Stuffed Stocking Auction!
Auctioneer Doug Donaldson will be auctioning off 50 stuffed Christmas stockings, stuffed generously by many local businesses! This is one auction you won't want to miss!

Have you seen the finishing touches to the Acton Town Hall Centre?
A lot of work took place this past week to restore the balcony, corbels on the new building and paint touch ups. It looks fabulous! The exterior has been restored to its former grandeur from the roof down.
Our fundraising efforts along with a government grant made it all possible. Thank you to all who have donated and please continue to support us in our future efforts to keep this much loved building in tip top shape.
Hall rentals are going strongly especially for weddings and various celebrations. We hope to start holding events again in the near future.
