Meet Raj, the newest member of our team, who has taken on the role of Kitchen Manager and Chef at our newest location in Kings Heights!

Raj is originally from New Delhi, India, where he studied at ITDC (India Tourism & Development Corporation Ltd.) in 2006 for 3 years and trained at the ASHOK 5-star deluxe hotel. He then embarked on a global adventure to pursue his career in culinary arts, working at many 5-star hotels in India, Dubai and Qatar, most notably the Mondrian Doha, before coming to Canada.

He is currently studying a food nutrition course in his spare time and has a love for basketball, swimming, and long drives. He is excited to bring his culinary experience to Canada and looks forward to creating some new dishes for our community to enjoy. He is planning to offer free cooking classes in the New Year, so keep your eyes peeled for updates!

Make sure to give him a warm welcome when you next visit our Kings Heights location!
