I will have banana breads, brownies, cookies, coconut sweetbreads, ginger beer, island twist cheesecake (aka black cake cheesecake), black cake and cupcakes. Make it a family event and come out and support.

My family likes when I switch it up for them. So this meal was pan seared salmon with a lemon white wine cream sauce, mashed potatoes and a green salad topped with Greek feta dressing. My kids love my mashed potatoes.

Oatmeal, cranberry and white chocolate cookies. Thy are very tasty. I always add orange zest when working with cranberries. It just heightens the flavours so much.

One of my videos I found on my phone. Meatballs have to be homemade in my house....my kids tell me they want me to make them.

So because I refuse to spend $9 for 2 bammies I decided to try and make my own. They didn't taste the same as the store bought but they weren't terrible neither.
