Review from a customer that fell in love with my island twist cheesecake (black cake cheesecake). It is becoming the new birthday cake now instead of the regular vanilla and Red velvet.

Please come out and support my small business this Saturday June 29th at 19 Notion Rd from 10-5 pm. I will have banana breads, brownies, cookies, coconut sweetbreads, ginger beer, island twist cheesecake (aka black cake cheesecake), black cake and cupcakes. Make it a family event and come out and support.

My family likes when I switch it up for them. So this meal was pan seared salmon with a lemon white wine cream sauce, mashed potatoes and a green salad topped with Greek feta dressing. My kids love my mashed potatoes.

3 tiered cake for a baby shower. Top tier is vanilla, middle tier is red velvet with cream cheese filling and bottom tier is vanilla. The whole cake is covered with vanilla buttercream icing.

Tonight's dinner Meatball subs. My kids enjoyed them....they ate every bit of their subs. I gave them veggies on the side.

Oatmeal, cranberry and white chocolate cookies. Thy are very tasty. I always add orange zest when working with cranberries. It just heightens the flavours so much.
