I have shinny object syndrome and have been looking for satisfaction outside of the hard work that is inside this business. . Standard Operating Procedures 😱 . Customer Service Training 😮‍💨 . Recipe Building 🥴 . Ive made a huge realization as to who i need to be! . Being an active owner who is healthy, happy and ready to lead. . This may seem like simple stuff but for me its hard because ive already built so much in this business. . But more products is not the answer to tasks that challenge my mind. . Its facing the hard work noone sees. . Theres noone whos going to pat me on the back at the end of a day of writing SOPs . Theres no big pay day after spending a full day training on how to take over the phone orders and help our clients receive the best service. . Meet Angelica Arbic, the Founder of Styled by Wild, Aldergrove’s vibrant flower shop! 🌸 Her mission? To “Uplift, Inspire & Create a Beautiful World!” by sharing her love for flowers, Pacific Northwest plants, astrology, and personal development. 🌿✨ Angelica’s journey started with a Floral Design Certification from the University of Fraser Valley (2020/2021), but her career path has been anything but ordinary. She kicked off her professional journey in the hospitality industry, playing a key role in opening Match Eatery & Public House at Cascades Casino. She then moved on to Sandman Hotel Group, where she thrived as a Catering & Events Manager, training sales teams and managing corporate events & weddings across the country. But Angelica’s story is also one of passion and movement. A competitive ballroom dancer, Angelica's love for dance brought her to the mainland, where she not only continued to hone her skills but also won the Talent Portion of the Lady of the Lake Competition for her stunning Waltz. 💃✨ Growing up on Vancouver Island, Angelica spent her childhood in the PNW wilderness, foraging and learning about native plants, flowers, mushrooms, and trees—an early connection that sparked her passion for all things botanical. 🌱🌼 From her humble island roots to running a business and now teaching the craft she loves, Angelica’s passion is undeniable.
