At Phoenix Tent Rentals, we build spectacular tents for events of all sizes and locations and invite you to come see what role you could play on our team. Not to mention you will acquire a unique skillset that allows you to work anywhere in the world.

Do we work hard, yes! Do we hire people from a variety of backgrounds and experience, absolutely!! (no tent experience required). Do we pay above the industry average, of course! Do we build cool tents, heck ya!

Reporting to the CEO, the Project Rep will support the front end office staff and be the initial point of contact in managing the flow of incoming leads and projects. Qualifying opportunities, inputting client information while managing financial and administrative tasks will be a key element in this supportive role.

Working closely with the sales, operations and administrative teams, their role is to provide efficient and clear communication externally to our clients and the front end team.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:

-Manage phone and email communication in a timely and professional fashion

-Maintain and regularly update Zoho CRM, IntelliEvent and other relevant software platforms used in their daily activities

-Work closely with Project Coordinator to ensure detailed pass over for smooth transition for ex*****on of event

-Acquire site details and assign site location visits when required

-Ability to troubleshoot and think on their feet

-Process deposit and payment requirements

-Maintain relationships with ongoing clients such as event planners to ensure customer loyalty

-Maintain a tidy and efficient work environment. If home office, ensure you have all the tools required to execute your daily requirements in a safe and productive manner.

-Complete training video and onsite training as needed

-Perform other duties as required

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦, 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘, & 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦:

-Task oriented

-Meticulous and thorough

-Capable computer knowledge is preferred, training of rental software will be provided

-Strong verbal and written skills are required

𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗞𝗦 & 𝗕𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗧𝗦:

-Flexible/create your own schedule

-Full Remote Worker Option

-Rollover of sick/personal health days to next year is an option (5 paid, 3 not paid)

-Company phone if required (or $50 towards personal phone plan)

-Extended Health, Dental, and Vision

-2 weeks holidays

- 1 week shutdown over Christmas holidays

- Tax forms allowing you to claim work from home expenses.
