What are we about?
So many of you are asking what is the Grape and Wedge about so here is a brief explanation. I come into either your home , business or event location and bring a selection of some of the worlds best cheeses and charcuterie. I pair them with wines, beer or cider and and in a fun informal way guide you and your guests through each pairing. I give a little history of each cheese and a few details about the wine and why they compliment each other or maybe don’t!
