Growing up, Sunday evenings were always marked by a hearty roast dinner, where family gathered around the table to chat for hours over dessert and a steaming pot of tea—a perfect way to conclude the weekend.
I had almost forgotten the joy of Sunday roasts until my first trip to Ireland, where I discovered that securing a table at a restaurant on a Sunday without a reservation was nearly impossible, all thanks to the popularity of the Sunday roast.

Sunday roasts hold a cherished place in the culinary traditions of Ireland, Scotland, and England. To embrace this tradition, we will open our doors once a month on Sunday evenings for a delightful roast dinner.
