Gather friends or family for an evening making a Skillet lasagna with caesar salad and garlic bread.

This Lasagna made is in a single skillet and features creamy, cheesy layers full of classic flavours. The best part? No oven time required.

FARM TO TABLE is our theme on January 17th and it is an evening to celebrate so many ingredients that are locally grown.
What's on the menu?
Tomato Galette (a savoury pie) is filled with locally grown heirloom tomatoes
Chicken Saltimbocca is an italian dish but we'll make ours with Ontario grown chicken and locally made Prosciutto.
Butternut Squash Risotto is made with locally grown squash that was harvested in the fall and stored throughout the winter.
Homemade Ice Cream will be made with milk and cream from farms right here in our region.
