Being invited to create food for someone is a privilege. It throws me back to my childhood days where we would all gather around the huge table at my grandads house to help ourselves to the massive spread of plates piled high with delectable eats in a variety of flavours. Every order is like preparing a dish for family - with care and consideration, and the hope of delighting them with every bite! If dietary restrictions mean we change up the roll call of edible morsels presented, bring it on! 💕

A sweet honeymoon picnic by the Bow River, folk melodies drifting on the breeze from the farmers market on the other side. While it matters more who you’re with, when the destination is this wonderful, it’s hard not to be present in this moment.

Hey there! 👋 Have we met? If not, I’m Salina... snack queen 🧀🍇, matcha addict 🍵, and mama to this little muffin, Kirra and her Bun Bun! 🎀🧸

After trading the Australian seaside for the majestic mountains of Banff, I fell in love with the beauty and wildness of this place and the community that I found here.

Many cherished friendships formed and get-togethers, hikes and picnics were aplenty. I began pairing an obsession for delightfully decadent ingredients and an artistic flair into creating lavish grazing tablescapes for these gatherings and smaller yet equally as luscious boxes for heading outdoors.

With a background in major events, partnerships and marketing, it’s no surprise that seeing people gather together in just the right atmosphere for real connections to flourish is a passion of mine. I adore having a reason to assemble settings worthy of congregating around and that spark conversations that continue deep into the evenings.

During the past year of being distanced from our nearest and dearest, this evolved into Banff Graze Co. Operating out of our commercial kitchen space in Banff, so we are able to provide the prettiest, edible offerings to brighten someone’s day or share with those lucky enough to be in your little bubble.

Now that the world is slowly opening up and we can once again gather with those we love to laugh and dine with, we have a NEW OFFERING coming this summer...

Stay tuned for an ANNOUNCEMENT 🎺 in the coming days. Hint: we’ll be continuing to set the tone for gatherings that are memorable for all the right reasons - but Elevated! 🎉🥳

Thank you to all the papa’s. I was reminiscing today about one of my birthday parties where my dad learnt a number of magic tricks and arrived to my party as a magician and wow’ed my friends and I! 🥰🥳 Dad’s rock!

And a big thank you to my little one’s Daddy.
Her gigantic smile when you get home from work each day says it all. Thank you for loving us, and for helping me juggle our little muffin and the Graze Co. - I couldn’t do it without you! Xx
