Roses are always on trend…. Few tips to keep them fresh and encourage longevity….
🌸1) cut stems on an angle. This ensures the stem will be able drink that fresh water. It also keeps the bottom of the stem from rotting when it sits directly on the vase.
🌸2) change the water regularly. Like humans, we need fresh water.
🌸3) never keep fresh cut flowers in direct sunlight. This is a sure way to wilt your blooms in no time.
🌸4) flowers love and thrive in a cooler environment. Try and keep them somewhere cool.

We hear the horror stories, "I didn't know they weren't a local florist!" "What do you mean they're a middle man??" 😱
We call them "order gatherers" and they pose as florists online, but really they are an offsite business, who takes a customer's order and passes it to a local florist for less money. We don't like these kinds of transactions because often the customer doesn't get what they ordered, and the local florist doesn't get direct communication with the sender which can lead to all sorts of issues.
We always recommend phoning a local florist to place your order. Still not sure if they're actually local? Do a google map search for a florist where you'd like to send flowers, they you can see photos, reviews, and get a great feel for the business.
