Sales/Customer service
Contract, part-time with possible full-time.
This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, energetic individual that loves fashion and is eager to help brides find their dream dress. The successful applicant is self-motivated, outgoing, warm, friendly and above all, professional with great sales and customer services skills
The ideal candidate is an active/focused listener with excellent communication skills and is knowledgeable . The candidate loves to sell and makes sure the customer leaves satisfied and happy.
Must be a closer.
Job Type:
• Sales Consultant.
• Available for all shifts, Saturday and Sunday included.
Position Requirements:
• Must have minimum 3 years’ sales
experience
• Flexibility to work daytime, evenings and weekends.
• Expected to meet and maintain company’s sales conversion percentage.
• Must assist in cleaning and sterilization of the workspace
• Able to lift and move 10 to 20 lbs
• Able to familiarize with inventory quickly
• Must be comfortable in assisting customers dress and undress
• Knowledge of Instagram and Pinterest a definite asset
Required experience/education:
• High school or equivalent
• Strong English language skills
Preference will be given to applicants with sales/customer services experience who are a good fit with the team.
Pay rate starts at $15/hr and can increase based on sales performance.

COVID-19 considerations:
Candidates must be prepared to wear a mask during work hours and must partake in the cleaning and sterilization of the sales floor, change rooms and garments between appointments. As per current Covid guidelines, staff must self screen before entering the premises.
