We have had so many comments about the salad dressing that was served at the Women in Business luncheon last week at so here it is!

Salad:
Mixed greens topped with grilled corn, zucchini, and cherry tomato salsa with pickled red onions finished with housemade vinaigrette using Olive Oil Co. Jalapeno & Balsamic with Cilantro & Onion Olive Oil.

Main Course:
Herb crusted chicken supreme topped with roasted pepper and tomato coulis served with Olive Oil Co. Inc. Garlic Olive Oil roasted potatoes and chefs vegetables

Dessert:
Flourless chocolate torte topped with Olive Oil Co. Blood Orange Olive Oil and Grand Marnier marinated mixed berry compote
