For anyone who constantly finds themselves stuck in a fast-food drive-thru or unable to step away from their desk, I’m thinking about adding fresh mid-day options! Think loaded salads, hearty wraps, pasta salads, and cozy soups.

You wouldn't need to commit to a full 5-day prepz , just grab a couple to keep in the fridge for a quick, wholesome fix when your workday gets chaotic.
