Art in Bloem is a synthesis of our great passion for design, our extensive experience in the event industry and our accomplished expertise. Laurie Tuchto began her floral design career over two decades ago on the west coast. Laurie was inducted into the American Institute of Floral Design in 2003. Her vocation has given her the opportunity to travel and participate in many design shows where she h

as enjoyed educating and sharing her passion with students as well as her peers. Laurie’s talents have enabled her to enjoy a full career in the floral event industry and her work can be found in numerous publications. Nemo Nauta is a floral Dutch Master Designer from the Netherlands. He has spent decades travelling the world consulting, designing and teaching. Nemo is a renowned designer in the floral industry winning many distinguished design awards. His accomplished career has seen him execute numerous high profile weddings and events all over the world. His work has been featured in many magazines as well as in books.

We have been away from our social feeds for a little while now and we miss you!!! Our 2022 wedding season is full steam ahead and 2023 is booking quickly. It’s been a whirlwind of a ride! We are super excited for every couple getting married this year! We can’t wait to be a part of your special day!💖

This magical wedding celebration marked the beginning of our wedding season last year. Having postponed, paused and adjusted their wedding plans more times than we can count…..This beautiful couple got the green light on a Monday that restrictions were lifting across Ontario and we received a phone call the same day saying that they were getting married on Saturday! Everyone involved pulled this wedding together in just days!
And it couldn’t have been a more beautiful, joyous and heartfelt celebration!❤️✨

A little sparkle as we head into the New Year✨ Throwing it back to that time was a guest at this fabulous dinner fashion show extravaganza organized by and graciously hosted by

Each tablescape was designed around a unique structure of twisted grape wood. Mirrors and accents of mercury glass acorns reflect the warm glow of candlelight. Exquisite burgundy amaryllis blooms pop against the metallic sparkle of pewter sequin linen. Looping grass throughout the arrangement creates whimsy and movement bringing all of the elements together. I don’t normally give a tutorial on design concepts…but there you go….one for the new year!😂

Hi Friends!!! It’s been far too long since we’ve said hello.....We Have So Much Catching Up To Do!!! We’ve been keeping busy over here bouncing along with with the ever changing regulations and reopenings. We are so very grateful for all of your love and support! It means the world to us!!❤️❤️
Throwing it back to a two day celebration, last summer, where east and west joined together at a beautiful family island cottage. We love when boat rides are our transportation!!!
