Bath Antique Bottle & Insulator Show

Due to lack of interest, and the cancelation by a few vendors, I am canceling the show for September 22nd. There will be no other date booked this year, and I will not run a show next year.

When the hobby picks back up again, in my area, I might consider running another show; however for now there will be no show in Napanee.

I will still be setting up my yard sales at my house, so stay tuned for the next event.

Well, I think the show was a success. Great weather Lots of people, lots of items sold and I am sure some great stories were told. Just a few pieces that came home with me. Will get better pictures once they get cleaned up. Best was a Hufman's Goitre Cure from Napanee.

Thanks to all the vendors who set up, and those that came to buy.

If you are planning to attend the Bottle, Insulators, Jar and Stoneware Sales on September 24th, just a reminder the address is 11221 Loyalist Parkway. We are outside and right next to the Glenora Ferry on the Adolphustown side. (look for the painted bicycles on the North side of the road)

Vendors: Set up starts at 7am, and don't forget to bring your own table(s). There is no cost to set-up.

The sale starts at 9:00am and runs until 3:00pm.

The weather looks good and we hope to see you all there.

As a reminder, the show on September 24th is being held at 11221 Loyalist Parkway, and NOT in Bath. The sale will be outdoors so lets pray the weather remains good. The location is just by the Glenora Ferry, on the Adolphustown side of the bay. We look forward to seeing everyone there.

As a reminder, due to COVID the hall in Bath remains closed forcing the cancelation of my show this weekend. Sorry about this however it was out of my control. Lets hope next year is a go.

After talking with our local Health Unit, to gain a better understanding of the requirements and risks of running our show this year, I regret to inform you the Bottle and Insulator show scheduled for September 26, 2020 in Bath Ontario is being CANCELLED.

As the sole Administrator of this show, the health risk far outweighed the gains; and the safety precautions required to make our show safe and successful was just not going to be achievable.

"ON WITH THE SHOW". We are in the process of planning our 2021 show and encourage you to continue to watch this site for updates as they occur. Thank you for your understanding and support and please keep hunting for all those glass gems.

Super excited to have received my 2nd local medicine bottle. The first was embossed DEPEWS / MEDICAL / VICTORY. The second is embossed THE GREAT / SHOSHONEES REMEDY OF / DR JOSEPHUS.

Both were from Conway Ontario and were sold from 428 Main St. in Bath Ontario, just a few kilometers down the road. The exact same building where I host my annual Antique Bottle and Insulator Show. The products were distributed throughout Ontario by many chemists including GS Hobart in Kingston and Northrop and Lyman Newcastle CW.

These are 16oz size panelled bottleswith early applied cork tops. Circa late 1860s to early 1870s.
