After a few weeks of water line renovation, we're pleased as pie to announce that we will be re-opening our Nisku bakehouse to the public as of Monday, November 18th 🥐

As you may have heard, our pals at Alternate Route Coffee Co. are refocusing their energy on roasting, so you won't see their coffee bar when you come for a visit....BUT we will still be serving up their incredible Colombia Giatania Dark Roast drip coffee alongside our full lineup of sourdough donuts, croissants, cinny buns, and bread.

Thank you SO much to everyone for their patience and grace while we reorganized our flow during this transition, we are really looking forward to seeing your smiling faces back at the Business Entrepreneur Centre in the heart of Nisku ❤️

📣📣📣EXCITING NEWS: Mother by Chartier is now the dedicated baker for Edmonton’s Beb’s Bagels!

We've been working on an exciting partnership for the past 6 months, and we're finally ready to spill the beans (or in this case, the bagels).

Beb’s founders Lindon Carter & Luke Breiteneder are both touring musicians who LOVE bagels. So much so, they worked hard to develop the most delicious, chewiest bagel they could. Heavily influenced by their time on tour in Montreal, both Lindon and Luke managed to create their very own, unique bagel recipe - which they have been baking once a week at Meuwly's and selling at pop up markets across Edmonton for the past 2 years. Meuwly’s co-founder Peter Keith has since joined the Beb’s team as a partner, and the brand has continued to gain a following with regulars on 124th street.

Lindon and Luke have been working closely with our bake team to perfect their signature bagel style, and they’re now pumping out dozens of these thigh-masters-for-your-jaw every week.

We're on the hunt for a couple special humans for our beautiful sourdough based bakery in the heart of Nisku, AB.

This new location is on 12 acres of green space (complete with walking trails and a park), and features large windows that let in tons of natural sunlight. On top of that, it contains some of the kindest, funniest, supportive, and talented bakers you could ask for (biased, we know, but completely true!)

It's hard to believe, but this Friday marks ONE YEAR of baking in our beautiful new space in Nisku at the Business Entrepreneur Centre!

To mark the occasion, and to thank the community of Nisku for the incredibly warm welcome - we're giving away FIFTY loaves of sourdough 🥖 and TWENTY sourdough starters for FREE on Friday during our lunch pop-up between 10am-2pm.

Don't let our "bunker chic" exterior fool you - we are OPEN today in Beaumont!

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Nisku for lunch yesterday while we cleaned + boarded up windows after the overnight vandalism spree in centreville! We sure felt the love, and we're so grateful for your support.

Brunch is available 10am-2:30pm, and dinner service starts at 4pm. We'd love to see your smiling faces, and we can pretend this is a new "one week only" speak-easy format ;)
