Rob is the owner of Image Plus Photography. Rob lives is Belleville with his wife Robyn and their three daughters. From a very early age, Rob had always had an interest in photography and people. With his first Kodak camera taking pics of friends and family, to the high school yearbook photographing the schools’ clubs and classmates, to technical and commercial training at the New York Institute of Photography for wedding/portrait photography.
Rob began in 2006 as a wedding photographer. With a strong foundation of “people photography”, He has spent the last 12 years building on that foundation by listening to what the client requests, learning from other professional photographers and by continuing his education.
Rob has welcomed the “digital” age, noting it as a smarter way to provide the Bride and Groom and their family and friends with a greater number of pictures, styles and special effects with very little increase in delivery time and price. Photographing the event digitally allows him to produce simple alterations such as cropping and color enhancement, to converting color photos to black and white, and creating special effects after the fact whereas previously, it all had to be done at the time of the event. It also allows for the production of CD’s, USB drives and DVD slideshows of the event as well as online viewing, enabling the Bride and Groom to view the event and share it with many others easily.
If Rob has a style, it would be as an edgy, creative, think outside the box – wedding photographer. Although I still believe in those traditional photographs (posed bride and groom, the bride and the bridesmaids, etc.) Candid’s are also extremely important! I go looking for unique pictures that are creative and with ALL aspects of your wedding day .
ABOUT SARAH
Sarah Kirby lives in Belleville with her husband, Mike. She is a mom of two, now grown, daughters. She got her first digital camera in 2004 and through photographing her girls and scrapbooking, she became a little obsessed with getting exactly what she wanted out of her photos. She has taken multiple on-line interactive courses over the past 10 years and has been photographing families, theatre and basketball professionally since 2012. When Sarah joined the Image-Plus team she was instantly hooked on the excitement of photographing weddings.

Mike is one of our main video guys! He gets the job done every time! With his unique way of capturing every detail of your wedding day – He doesn’t miss much!! Mike is based out of the Durham Region but travels to belleville on weekends.

Erin Leggat has always been passionate about photography. For as long as she can remember, she has had a camera in her hands. Erin is a recent graduate from the Digital Photography and Imaging program at Georgian College. She specializes in portrait photography and is very excited to be entering the wedding industry. Erin joined the Image Plus Photography team in Spring – 2017
ABOUT NATHAN
Nathan Trowsdale is the newest addition to the Image Plus Team! Born and raised in Peterborough, Ont Nathan travels all over Canada as a Reserve Infantry Corporal with the Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment but his true passion is photography and will do whatever it takes to get the shot!
Nathan bought his first camera in 2008 and since then has loved capturing moments between people. Nathan specializes in portrait photography and urban street. Since shooting his first wedding with Image Plus in July 2017, Nathan has been fascinated with shooting weddings and loved capturing the moments that last a lifetime!
WE TOTALLY GET WEDDINGS! Having done so many, its like clockwork for us. Experience is crucial on this very important day. You can't trust it to just anyone.
