Do WE do plated …. 27 minutes - that’s 11.57 seconds per guest to plate and serve dinner for 140 guests that attended Alyssa Snoddon and John Little’s wedding!
Thank you to a great team yesterday. Actually, our second wedding yesterday, we had another beautiful one at Century Barn with another fantastic team. I couldn’t do it without them ~ They couldn’t do it without me. Very thankful for each and everyone of them!
