Jack Garton has been captivating audiences across British Columbia with his enchanting performances as both a musician and theatre artist. His show is a dynamic fusion of rocking, sultry, and fresh folk and roots music, drawing inspiration from the rockabilly and doo-wop genres that initially sparked his musical passion.
Recently featured in the Firehall Arts Centre’s production of “Chelsea Hotel: The Songs Of Leonard Cohen,” Jack Garton showcased his versatility and musical prowess. Fresh from recording a highly anticipated full-length album with Vancouver surf legends Kitty and the Rooster, set to be released in December 2023, Jack is poised to share his latest creations with the world. This upcoming album promises to be a testament to Jack’s musical evolution, featuring a strong, honest, and vulnerable collection of songs that delve into the depths of human experience.

"Calling Andrina Turenne's new album Bold as Logs her debut feels like a bit of a misnomer. The Winnipeg singer-songwriter has, after all, graced stages across five continents and has lent her voice - as a member or a guest - to more than 50 albums during her 20-plus years in the music industry. Now, the Franco-Manitoban and Red River Metis singer-songwriter is forging a new path as a solo artist. Through soulful melodies and woodsy motifs, she tells stories through song, delivered in the spirit of road trips, kitchen parties, and bonfire gatherings. Andrina's ability to merge a wide range of genres is the real magic behind Bold as Logs. The bilingual, spirited debut has charted on independent radio in Canada and the US, and explores the wonders of nature, the histories of her homeland and the complexity of human relationships."

Home Routes is proud to be presenting the one and only Old Man Leudecke throughout Manitoba and just a hint of Saskatchewan this November as one of our 2023/24 artists.
Old Man Luedecke, the musical persona of the 2-time JUNO award-winning and Polaris prize-nominated songwriter and all-around radio darling Chris Luedecke, is a force to be reckoned with. A regular staple of CBC Renowned for his high-energy banjo-driven stompers, soul-stirring guitar ballads, and wryly humorous tales, Luedecke has been a captivating presence in the world of roots music for over fifteen years. His most recent offering, Easy Money (2019), is a collection of “island-tinged” original folk songs. A forthcoming album produced by Afie Jurvanen (aka Bahamas), is poised for release in 2024, promising fresh musical experiences for audiences.
