So one of our long time patrons wanted to make it a memorable get together (after a long isolation due to the pandemic).
They felt like Bombay veg sandwiches with truck load of cheese for their food to stand out.
And we fully supported their dream!😇😊

This one is to die for 🤩
A traditional dish from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Layered rice with fried bread and vegetable yogurt gravy. Apple and grapes are optional. Some say this is a vegetarian adaptation of a dish originally from Afghanistan.
Did we say it keeps foodlovers engaged in the hunt for hidden quintessential Rajasthani fried gatte? 😋😃
