Get some Animal Therapy this afternoon from 3;30 to 5:30 at Riverside Church 1040 Hilliard Street at Marina Drive! Free Fun as kiddos of all ages are dressed for Halloween. Even the Critters will have costumes!

All families are welcome to take what they need.
The rest will be donated the same day to the women's shelter or Vinnies.
the back hallway will be our drop and sort zone. Tables will be set up that morning.
DROP upon arrival, SELECT after snack time.

Please bring re-usable bags that day to take things home in.

Bring on your decor! Woolley Wonderland Farm welcomes you and your family to visit our farm on one of the rare occasions .... DROP OFF all your pumpkins, gourds, squash, corn stalks, hay and straw bales. ENJOY some farm animal therapy in exchange for your gift to our critters. PUMPKINS are a great source of vitamins and a treat for all our animals.
MEET our new donkeys June Carter Cash and Johnny Cash plus our favourite Deliliah Donkey (DD)
NOVEMBER 1, 2 and 3 in Lakehurst.
we'll have a decor drop off zone
and lots of parking along our driveway.

Critter Visits will be in Keene just behind the municipal offices from 9 - 3
AND in Wellington (near Sandbanks) from 10 - 2
for community fun. Come join us for ANIMAL THERAPY time.

NEED VOLUNTEER HOURS? these complimentary community events count towards those high school requisites. MESSAGE Karen Woolley if you have a teen who wants to put in a shift towards that goal - and .... ANIMALS! What a way to get it done!

RIDES AVAILABLE from Peterborough to KEENE for our volunteer staff. Pick up locations in East and West ends. MESSAGE RIGHT AWAY

REMINDER: please bring inside shoes. Bring a refillable coffee mug with a lid!
WE have amazing coffee sweeteners (Starbucks!) with Karen's famous hot beverages waiting for you at 9:30
CIRCLE TIME starts at 10 am
but trickle in if you're running late.
Snacks to follow around 10:45 and stay and play, chat and enjoy the company of grownups with kiddos till noon.
Park in the Riverside parking lot ... any spot will do. Please don't park to the LEFT of the church in the private lot off MARINA DRIVE. ENTER from HILLIARD please.

when episodes of Dr. Pol get real! UPDATE:
we had our pony Stormy at the makers market today at the Morrow Building. He had an apple snack and he got some stuck in his throat.
It's called CHOKE. unlike humans, ponies can still breathe but it needs tending to.
Vet number one came by within 30 minutes and spent an hour or more with us trying to get a tube down his throat. Mr Stormy was medicated, had muscle relaxant and was being a PONY and not wanting to swallow the tube. The vet did his best and eventually had to let it wait.
LOTS Of guests were concerned (we were too) and this is to thank them all for happy thoughts.
On the way home I contacted my vet again with the update and although I was heading right past Guelph tomorrow on a critter trip (which never happens) and I could actually go to the vet college with him and they could scope him and try to help .... my vet. Cory Farrell said YES to keep trying.
I met him at the fenelon Falls clinic and as the sun set, we worked and tried different tubes, both nostrils, his mouth using the dental vise to open (used on cows too) and one more try with the little tube in the other nostril again. SUCCESS!
We got the tube all the way into his tummy which meant the way was clear.
He's back in his stall, no food, with his mama (still nursing) and is perky and chatty.
It was a long day
SO BLESSED to have a support team at the farm, on the road and the Very Best Vet. Victoria Vet Services ROCKS my Critter World.
