Gave with the full heart to my beautiful, beautiful church that had a woman's group this afternoon. It was lovely what you don't realize about a church is when they have women's groups they leave you with questions that linger in your heart and your soul and in your mind that you roll over and over and ask yourself questions and give yourself answers I so love at church. It was a beautiful afternoon. It was two hours spent with over 100 women that we were all there in spirit if you're ever feeling alone come to Glad Tidings on Guelph Line at Palmer Drive worth checking out 🙏❤️

Again, back at Burlington Centre by popular demand is our chocolate box a heart shaped display and centre court right in front of shoppers drug Mart, and in customer service I cannot think my community enough for allowing me to place this display at the Burlington Centre . Have you ever tried to rally 12 balloons with vinyl on one side of them ?? none of them cooperate. Yet this display speaks to my heart. It's about someone who's about to ring the bell for cancer and she is a survivor and I am so proud of her.

I created this over seven years ago when there was no instructions no tutorials on how to create a flow of balloons. My heart jumps a beat when I look at this picture. Yes it’s a nostalgic image; but it’s me starting the magic and the joy and the love that I’m able to share with my clients. I never knew in 2017 when I was heading into Balloons that I was so needed in 2020 for Covid to bring Hope and joy to my neighbourhood into my community. I thank God every day for him preparing me in 2017 to be ready for 2020. And now as I look forward to 2025, bring it on God I’ve got this. You’ve given me creativity you’ve given me clients that understand who I am. They give me their budget. They give me their theme and they say “Go with it Susan” that’s when you get the artist !!

Going to the chapel and going to get married but first we’re having our bridal shower and it is so bow beautiful! Taco bout a Sweet 16th Birthday Party. This was so fun to create for my client who had flown in from out west to celebrate her daughter‘s birthday with her parents, and they were having a big taco party. I installed this Display this morning and -12° oh my heavens it was freezing cold. I was supposed to put the bell. Let’s talk Sign up, but it was so cold and I thought my hands had frozen. I would like to give a big shout out to my friend Mary Alice, who came into my studio yesterday and made me the telephones that our little jiggles are holding onto. She is such a special friend. I so Love my corporate clients. As an artist, I need to reel it in a little when working with corporate. "Corporations" have a brand, a look, an identification that needs to be understood and represented properly. I get such a thrill with the challenges that come with those responsibilities. Some Bunny, is coming to the Burlington Centre and Oakville Place. The past 2 years have been tough on all of us and devasting for so many others. At Ettridges we wanted to bring joy and colour during the Easter season this is why we have donated the set for the Easter Bunny to have your photos taken. We will be maintaining the sets thru the next 3 weeks. Be sure to book your photo appointment on line. March 25 to April 16 . Hey they have 2 pet photo nights . There is the professional area with the Easter Bunny with no personal photo taking is allowed. Yet, there is the other side of the display to take a selfie. We are trying very hard to not stantion off the selfie wall. If you could try to be sure it's "eyes only " not hands on balloons. We can hope to keep it this way for all to enjoy. Unicorns truly are magical! This birthday set up consists of 4 pieces you have the unicorn on its own base, the number 5 on its own base and the pedestal for the cake ( perfect child height) and then the full round ring.it creates a variety of photo options by switching places with the pieces and works beautifully if you have a professional photographer.
