Last year, we thought we had hit the ceiling with 20k attendees, but this year, despite the pouring rain on the second day, we reached an astounding 30k attendees! The crowd cleaned out all our food on the first day! Thanks to our incredible kitchen staff who pulled their connections, we doubled the food supply for the second day

𝗧𝗼 𝗨𝘀, 𝗧𝗝 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 – it’s a festive season where we unite, see each other again every May, and create amazing memories together. It’s what knits our team tighter and stronger every year.

Sound of Dragon will be performing at TJ Fest on Sunday May 5th at 3pm! During our festival, SoD will also host workshops for guests to experience Chinese percussion instruments on both days (May 4 & 5th).

After TJ Fest, on May 23-26, SoD will host the 6th annual Sound of Dragon Music Festival. This is a wonderful event to immerse in and experience Vancouver’s cultural diversity and Chinese music! With three genre-smashing intercultural concerts and three free community events, including music jams, workshops, and performances, you wouldn’t want to miss this.
