Basic Requirement:
•Setting proper goals and developing suitable plans for revenue and business growth.
•Thoroughly train and groom the business development staff to improve their skills.
•Properly research, plan and implement the new market target initiatives.
•Pursue leads and move them efficiently through the company’s sales cycle.
•Attend conferences and industry meetings or events.
KSAOS:
•Have a proper mastery of social media advertising.
•Take advantage of target advertising, search firms and employment firms
•Demonstrate proper knowledge of current management practices and legislation.
•Should have information about the company's job strategies, workforce techniques and practices in the HR, and market trends.
•Minimum five years of relevant experience with budget accountabilities and proven project management.
