I am looking for someone to arrive about an hour or so before ceremony to double check everything, meet vendors when they arrive, make sure ceremony procession runs as planned (so attend rehearsal too) light candle centrepieces, and make sure everything is ready for cocktail hour. How much do you charge for this?”Do you know we can’t just show up on your wedding day? Day of Coordination includes:1/ Month of Coordination - We need to know your floor plan, your timeline, communication with you and your vendors so we know your wedding day really well! We attend your rehearsal to assist your processional order and prepare everyone for the ceremony. 2/ Travel - Travelling time, mileage, gas, and car insurance.3/ Knowledge - Our experience and our passion! Your family members and friends might not have the same experience/ passion as we do. It’s your special day, you might want to let your loved ones enjoy the day as much as you do!4/ Others- Time away from our family and friends, time away from other work opportunities, office supplies, business licence, business insurance, wedding emergency kit ( all supplies that we might use on your wedding day), etcCan you think of more???
