Calling All Performers for Caledon Day 2020

Do you enjoy performing in front of an audience? Do you appreciate local community events and festivals?

This might be your chance to perform at Caledon Day 2020, to be held on June 20, 2 to 11 p.m. at the Town Hall Civic Campus.

🚨 moment alert! 🚨 Caledon Day 2019 is thrilled to announce that our hometown girl, Chelsea Lecce of the Global News Morning team, will be MCing Caledon Day 2019!

The early bird gets the worm and that is why Chelsea Lecce wakes up before the sun every morning. As a producer for Global News Morning, Chelsea works to create the content you see on live TV every morning with hosts: Jennifer Valentyne, Antony Robart and Liem Vu. She has interviewed numerous high-profile people and for various media outlets including Global News and the Toronto Star.

Before getting her start in journalism she worked for the Town of Caledon as the lead supervisor and trainer for the Learn to Skate programs while also assisting with customer service.

Although she works in the big city now, she has never left her roots here in Caledon where she grew up in Bolton with her family. Her favourite part about Caledon is the fact that everyone knows everyone!
