Monday Evening, Nov. 25th at The Blues Can

The snowy season is upon us and the winter blues are coming in fast. I already feel it myself.
It’s gets hard to stay motivated in the midst of all the frozen discomfort but the show must go on.
This Monday, November 25th, it’s showtime here in at The Blues Can and I get to take to the stage to perform the music I love. Make no mistake, I’m grateful to be given the chance to do the things I love.
Tim Leacock and Garth Kennedy will be joining me again to create some sweet sounds together and we can’t wait to see you there:)

Russell deCarle One Way Track

Russell deCarle performs "One Way Track" a song from his days in Prairie Oyster. A song he co-wrote with his old friend, Willie P Bennett. He said he got the idea for the song, 30 or more years ago when he heard on the news that that more people were leaving the province of Saskatchewan in a day then new babies were being born. I was part of that exodus in 1989, 100 people a day were moving out. I told myself at the time it was a one way trip.
