We’re so excited to announce Toronto’s Lonesome City Country Club is joining Buckaroos on Sunday July 7th for our very own Stampede Breakfast with DJ Barry Spritzer & Friends.

This event is an annual celebration in Toronto and we’re so excited that we’re bringing it to cow-town for Calgary Stampede this year!

We’ll be joined by some incredible live acts including Carter Felker () Elliot C. Way (elliotcway) Bobby Dove () and a guest DJ set by Jay Heule, host of CJSW’s Prairie Surfin’

Buckaroos is proud to announce North Country Collective’s () very own, Elliot C. Way July 6, 2024! Labelled an outlaw crooner, Elliot’s sound balances both the hardened and the tender, writing songs that speak to a life trialled and forged by experience. As both a touring artist and one of the founding leaders of North Country Collective, Elliot has played an instrumental role in putting Vancouver’s country western scene on the map, long before the modern resurgence of country western music. After releasing the album ‘All I Know’ in 2023, he has shared stages with artists all across the country and solidified himself as a must see.

We are so excited to welcome Elliot to the Buckaroos Cabaret stage this July.

Joining the line up for our official Kick-Off in collaboration with Good Gals Vintage & The Littlest H***y Tonk is artist Boots Graham.

Boots has an original sound that connects with the upbeat roots of country music with the cowboy lifestyle of the west, with the plenty of writ and grit. As a working cattle ranch hand, Boots is a mix of Roger Miller meets Hank Williams style classic country in the key of h***y tonk.

Last year JJ opened the Buckaroos weekend for a night that was truly memorable, after releasing a new record this year, we knew we had to bring him back.

Her debut record ‘Hardliner’ established her reputation as a full-hearted, free-spirited, and irresistibly genuine h***y tonk angel. Wild as a mink but sweet as soda pop, this Tennessee songbird was named one of the five females creating the future of country music by Grammy.com. What the buck is Buckaroos? For y’all who are new, let’s take a sec fill you IN.

🐎 Buckaroos is an annual 10-day country western festival that coincides with Calgary Stampede (July 4-14 2024).

🤠 We began with a desire for alternative experiences during Calgary Stampede (tent-fatigue is a real thing) and a true love for Warm western hospitality.

💙 We love this city, we love live music, rodeo, great food, drinks and most of all, bringing people together.

⭐️ We are hosting an amazing roster of talent again this year, along with curating private experiences for teams, clients and crews where you can celebrate together and enjoy one of Calgary’s most vibrant times of year.

We’re counting down the days till we get to host you - rest assured, it’s going to be a blast.

WE NEED YOUR HELP

Amidst the Stampede festivities, we had some unfortunate theft occur at Buckaroos.

Although there are a few items missing, there are two items in particular we are hoping to engage the public to help us track down. One item is of huge sentimental value to one of our team members’ families.

We are a small business and leaned on lots of our families, friends and other local business to help us activate Buckaroos - it’s extremely disappointing and not only hurts our business, but people we care about.

We believe this happened on Friday July 14th. If you have any information, saw something or know something, please reach out to our team via DM / EMAIL / PHONE

We would like the items returned, plain and simple. Charges will not be pressed.
