Join us an intimate evening on November 14th at The Garret Loft featuring some of the very best talent in the industry, both locally and internationally; Supper Club is an intimate dinner experience like no other.

Edition No.4 features Executive Chef Garrett Martin and Bar Manager Nathan Wry, partners of Francine’s - the beloved French concept in Calgary. This seated dining experience will feature 5 courses with 5 expertly curated beverage pairings including a mix of wine and cocktails brought to you by Sugar Water Events and Crush Imports.

Supper Club is back for its third edition Saturday April 20 at The Garret.

Edition No.3 features Chef Camilo Kobek, Executive Chef of & Kyo-Jean Chung of .bar

This seated dining experience will feature 6 courses with 6 expertly paired beverages (a mix of cocktails, wine, aperitifs and digestifs as well as a non-alcoholic alternative list.)

Having worked briefly in his native country of Chili, Camilo is excited to use this special evening to pay homage to his grandmother and mother, while representing his love for Canada and all that he has been inspired by throughout his career. With a deep passion for his Chilean heritage, a little west coast flair and many beautiful twists and turns inspired by his broad experience in the industry, Supper Club No.3 will truly be an inspired evening. This beautiful menu, along with curated beverage pairings by industry veteran, Kyo-Jean Chung of Sugar Water will be unforgettable and not to be missed!

SUPPER CLUB NO.2

So excited that Supper Club is back, this time we’re taking part in YYC Experience Week .exp and featuring Chef Laetitia Chrapchynski, Director of Cuisine at Donna Mac & Kyo-Jean Chung of Sugar Water.

The evening will featuring thoughtfully curated small bites, complemented with Sugar Water’s new seasonally curated Spring cocktail menu. Joash Charles will be behind the music, curating the vibes for this one of a kind cocktail party.

This station style event will feature 6 appetizers, including both new and classic takes from the Donna Mac menu. Each feature will have a paired Sugar Water cocktail.
