Supper Club is back for its third edition Saturday April 20 at The Garret.
Edition No.3 features Chef Camilo Kobek, Executive Chef of & Kyo-Jean Chung of .bar
This seated dining experience will feature 6 courses with 6 expertly paired beverages (a mix of cocktails, wine, aperitifs and digestifs as well as a non-alcoholic alternative list.)
Having worked briefly in his native country of Chili, Camilo is excited to use this special evening to pay homage to his grandmother and mother, while representing his love for Canada and all that he has been inspired by throughout his career. With a deep passion for his Chilean heritage, a little west coast flair and many beautiful twists and turns inspired by his broad experience in the industry, Supper Club No.3 will truly be an inspired evening. This beautiful menu, along with curated beverage pairings by industry veteran, Kyo-Jean Chung of Sugar Water will be unforgettable and not to be missed!
