Now, we may be a little bit biased on this one, but lets give a shoutout to Lynea and ! Lynea took this project and really ran with it. Putting her blood sweat and tears into everything we do, from event planning, planning photo and video shoots, and organizing the rest of the chaotic founders of Aurora Masquerade. She has taken Mystic Moonlight on as a full time job, and we wouldn't be anywhere without her.

Her unwavering commitment and support has kept the rest of the team moving.

Did we mention she has also donated over $20,000 in event services. Wow.

Would you be comfortable sharing your story with us?

We are looking for testimonials from community members highlighting why it is important, now more than ever, to protect your rights and visibility!
You can answer any 1 or more of the following questions, film it yourself, and send it to the Aurora Masquerade Foundation on Facebook or Instagram!

- How have community services such as Outlink Calgary or Skipping Stone helped you in your times of need
- How do you feel the current Alberta Government has impacted your rights or the rights of others
- What are some of the day to day struggles you face as a community member
- What ways would you like to see Allis show up better for the community
- Any other notes of importance you feel we may have missed

If you are uncomfortable exposing your identity and would still like to share your story, feel free to wear a mask or have a friend film it for you! If this is the case please be sure to include why you were uncomfortable having your identity disclosed. We feel this is an important part of the process to better educate on the struggles the 2SLGBTQIA+ community faces.
