Summer sunshine is finally in full swing and so is my wedding season. I can’t wait for all the different styles, venues and ideas to come to light over the next few months.

2025 is already booking up through to mid September so if you are considering a full or partial plan, or even a day of coordination please contact me to secure your date. There are so many beautiful venues to choose from and handing over the creative side for me to design is my favourite.

Locking down your love?
Weddings are a lot of planning, a tonne of decision making, a whole design and vision… and then there is the wedding day which in and itself has so many moving parts. If you haven’t done so already, book a consult with me.
I offer a large spectrum of options from day of coordination to full planning and everything in between so couples don’t feel overwhelmed by the process of a wedding.

I only have a couple of dates left available for bookings prior to thanksgiving this year and already have a number of weddings booked through until October of 2025 so make sure to consult with a planner/coordinator well in advance. I have unfortunately already had to turn down a couple of bookings for this year.

I can’t wait for this wedding season and all the different styles of weddings I get to watch unfold. It’s going to be a gooder!

Bond. James Bond…

This weekend I traded in my wedding planners hat for some party planner pants and it was amazing!

Past clients & friends asked if I could help them with a 007 themed 50th private birthday bash at a brewery and of course I couldn’t resist such a fun idea.

We worked together via emails, long distance calls, zooms and on site beer tasting dates for details down to the custom drink menu, napkins and bar wrap. We completely transformed this space and lived a little on a prayer as renovations were underway during our final planning stages and post reno clean up, TV’s, doors and lighting were still being installed as we set up 🫣

It was one heck of a party and the whole team on board for this event was absolutely incredible. Someone pretty please have a casino party again, it was a fan favourite.

UP CLOSE & PERSONAL

Not only do I get to be a part of the big day but I get to be a part of the journey getting there. Some of my couples have been my friends & family and trusted me to make their day unfold and others have become my friends along the way simply because of the connection and relationship built throughout the process.

I have been through it all with my couples over the years…. ill family members, deaths, job losses, pregnancies, family disputes, financial struggles, Covid, venue cancellations, breakups and everything in between. I’m here for it all and it’s each couples beautiful story.

I can’t believe it’s been over two years since my dear friends said I do in an intimate backyard Covid wedding and I still feel special that they chose me to to be a part of it 💗

TENT WEDDINGS 💒

I love love love them! There is always something about the way the sun shines in, the bright white everywhere, the lights and so much joy “under a tent” and then beneath the stars late at night that make me extra happy.

This couple had a beautiful vision that came together so perfectly and this was my first time and I was absolutely thrilled with the venue and owners. They are such a pleasure. Go check it out- they even open to the public as a little pub on Wednesday nights and you can book a weekend getaway and stay on site.

Wedding season has commenced…. And so has my three week trip to France 🇫🇷

It was so busy with all my incredible clients ensuring all possible meetings and plans were in place prior to my departure but it was all worth it! I haven’t felt stressed at all on this trip because I know I have all the right people in place for all the things they do best. My emails and timelines seem so relaxing when they are accompanied by a fresh coffee and croissant or French wine and a charcuterie board ☕️🥐 🍷 🧀 🥖

Feeling grateful for an awesome team and so many fellow wedding vendors who make doing a wedding together such a breeze!

It’s been a minute since I introduced myself to all my followers old and new and with wedding season vamping up I thought it was time for a new internet intro and 👋🏻

I’m Nikki! Wife, mama to a little lady who just turned 5, friend to an awesome tribe of gals and owner operator of multiple businesses, but my fave is this one. I have been a wedding planner & designer and have ran this business for over 12 years, solo for the last 4. I also teach makeup and do events for and have been a freelance makeup artist for almost 20 years- wow I feel old lol! During Covid I started a little online high end bag and jewelry consignment and manage some social media & marketing for my family business of commodity trading, bullion, coins, watches & diamonds (and yes some of my diamond purchasing clients have become my wedding planning clients 💍👰🏼)

When I’m not working, I’m the social convener, taxi driver & snack provider for my daughter 😆. I have a supper club with my girlfriends once a month, watch football on Sundays with my husband (but have my own team in a football wives fantasy league lol) and thoroughly enjoy some alone time for a good sweat with a killer playlist 🏋️‍♂️
I love my good wine and ☀️

I have a busy mind, embrace change, thrive on fun and love that weddings allow me to bring out my creative mind. I tailor all my services and packages to each of my clients and strive to provide a personalized experience for everyone.
