Bringing just 25 guests all the way to the Kananaskis wilderness in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, M&B braved the rain for their private vows embracing the foggy weather and joined their guests in the cozy lodge vibes of for an indoor ceremony.

Mount Engadine is a rare and special place secluded from tourist traffic, out of cell range & close to wildlife. They offer and all inclusive stay in the lodge and their glamping trappers tent/ cabins. And best of all… it’s dog friendly! Welcome new friends! If we haven't met yet, I am Brittany the owner and lead designer of Pine for Cedar. I have a passion for wedding florals and providing a detailed approach for my couples so they feel taken care of in their engagement and wedding planning.
I offer three meetings to my couples, the first meeting is our initial consultation where we get all the essential details of your unique event in order to provide you with an accurate quote, then our second meeting to review your custom design board and flower varieties we plan on using. Then a third & final design meeting 5-6 weeks before the big day to cross our T's and dot our I's on all the wedding details and confirm any additions to the original proposal. These meeting are as much for my clients as they are for me, being a detail oriented perfectionist, I love to connect once more before the big day and make sure we have everything ironed out. We only get one shot with your wedding florals, so we don't take it lightly.
If you're like me and appreciate the detail and want to feel taken care of or not worry about your wedding florals, I'm your girl. We are fully booked for summer 2023 weekends and have a few spots open in October/ November. Our initial meeting with Brittany was super helpful and informative. My husband and I did not have much prior knowledge about wedding florals, and she explained every step of the process, flower types, pricing, etc. Brittany also put together a design board which helped us to get a sense of the flowers we would see on the day of. Throughout the planning process, she was prompt and professional, kind, and just all-around great to work with.

Lakeside vows at the stunning Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. This wedding was during the busiest week of the season last year and with support from my freelancing friends .florals and .floral we made it happen. A day and a couple I will never forget!

*LOVE NOTE* "We had both an elopement ceremony and then a larger wedding, and Brittany was our florist for both! It was her idea to make me an absolutely stunning dried bouquet for the elopement that I have been able to keep forever (LOVE THIS) and she was able to take my Pinterest board and come up with beautiful, whimsical, fairytale arrangements for the larger wedding. She has the best ideas and is so kind and lovely to talk to, I truly loved planning with her!

Brittany also provided the bud vases and floral pillars so we didn't have to get an extra rental contract for those ourselves, and even facilitated moving the pillars and ground florals from the ceremony space to our head table.
