Craig Hamlin (The Dean Malenkos, Tongan Death Grip, Fat Stupids) and his buddy, Adrian Bruhm (The Graboids, Radrandal) started this awesome idea over a handful of years ago in Halifax, Nova Scotia. BJ Killer, played a few of the crazy R4$ nights in Sailor City and became friends with Craig and Adrian. Fast forward to January 2015, BJ Killer gets on his hands and knees and pleads and begs to the R4$ creators for a chance to bring it to Calgary, AB. The rest is unwritten history!.....

A bunch of your friends in bands get together to play for you and invite you onstage to sing some of your favourite songs. Your family and people that love you are there to celebrate you, and at some point in the night you’re probably thinking to yourself - life can’t get much better than this! Then, the “Wheel Of Destiny” appears and it has slots on it with fun prizes and one single slot that says “Money”. So you spin the wheel, and while it’s spinning, some of your best friends surprise you with a birthday cake and candles! Everyone in the venue starts singing you Happy Birthday! When they’re done you make a wish and blow out the candles. Just as soon as you blow out the last candle, you turnaround and the wheel stops on the cash money prize! The crowd goes insane!! And you know that nobody is ever going to believe this epic story!
