Forest Bath
My heart and soul goes out to those who's last sunrise was this one over the Shushwap.
Leaving bright and early we came across a terrible crash near Sorrento. We didn't see the accident but were about 200 meters away. The devastation was clear from where we were.

Being so near a moment that creates a tsunami of grief squeezes your soul and you can't help but feel the gravity.
Please take your time this Summer, drive witha little more love in your heart, take just a little more time, arrive alive please. That was fu***ng awful.
